2. Types of Data processed and Purpose of processing – art. 13 co. 1 letter [c] [d] GDPR 2016/679

The Data being processed is of a common type (identification) and navigation data (IP addresses, addresses in URI notation, etc.), but on occasion also particular and/or sensitive data provided voluntarily for your particular needs (general information and in particular on the User’s orientations and preferences; food intolerances; health problems; etc.);
The Data Controller will process your data:

A) without the need for your express consent for the following Service Purposes:

  • Fulfillment of contractual and accommodation obligations (formulation of a quote, management of reservations, issuing of invoices, estimates);
